In-Grove demonstrations
The EPIC venue has a large olive grove demonstration area. Exhibitors are not charged for these demonstrations, but we need to know the nature of any planned demonstrations so we can co-ordinate and promote them. These details need to be specified when making your booking on the Website.
Machinery demonstration opportunities:
- Advertised product-specific sessions. For example, all exhibitors with olive harvesters may be invited to demonstrate their gear during a one-hour time slot. This time slot will be advertised before the show, in the program and on the day so every grower with an interest in the equipment can compare all suppliers under the same conditions.
- Major Site holders can have special sessions set aside and advertised they can take this opportunity to demonstrate their complete range of equipment.
- All exhibitors can demonstrate equipment at any time for potential customers as long as they are in the designated demonstration areas, observe all site safety procedures and follow any directions from the organisers.
