| Olive Grove |
The Australian Olive Expo features a grove on site suitable for demonstrating all aspects of olive production. The site was established in May 2005. The landform is a gently undulating plain developed on highly weathered shales of the Canberra formation. Following a severe frost in August 2006 some 90 trees were replanted in February 2007.The grove consists of 20 varieties including the major Tuscan groups, oil olives, table olives and olives suitable for trellising and hedging.
